Shipping and Payment Terms

All orders are shipped from Germany to all EU member states via DHL or UPS Express, depending on the shipping method selected. 
For deliveries within the EU, no paperwork or extra costs apply (besides shipping).

Export to non-EU countries (Australia, Canada, Iceland, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, UK) is available under EU General Authorisation EU001. In this case, we handle the export, and import is on your end. 

Export to countries other than those listed above is available upon request and requires an export permit + signed EUC form, which may lead to extended delivery times.

All shipments are fully insured up to the value of the goods.
We do not dropship and we try to keep inventory accurate.

DHL Express: €21.90

II. Shipping within the EU

DHL Premium: €16.90
UPS Express: €48.90
DHL Express: €58.90
