Shipping and Payment Terms
Orders are shipped from Germany to all EU member states via DHL Premium or UPS Express, depending on the shipping method selected. 
For deliveries within the EU, no customs or extra costs apply (besides shipping)
All shipments are fully insured up to the value of the goods.
We do not dropship and we try to keep inventory accurate. 

Shipping to non-EU countries (Argentina, Australia, Canada, Iceland, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, South Korea, Switzerland, Turkey, UK, USA) is available upon request and requires an export permit + signed EUC form, which may lead to extended delivery times.
