Shipping and Payment Terms
Shipping is carried out from Germany either by DHL Premium or UPS Express to all EU member states.

Delivery to non-EU countries (UK, Switzerland, Norway, Canada, Australia, USA, Japan, New Zealand) is available upon request and requires an export permit + signed EUC form, which may lead to extended delivery times.

Orders to parcel lockers (Packstationen) are generally not possible. Purchases containing such delivery addresses will be cancelled.
Please note the indicated lead times for items that are not in stock. We try to keep inventory accurate.
