Lifetime Assembly Warranty

Our night vision devices carry a Lifetime Warranty against defects in workmanship and assembly unless otherwise specified. We guarantee our assembly to be free from manufacturing defects under normal use and in accordance with the product guidelines. 


Component Warranty Terms

Individual subcomponents follow specific manufacturer warranty periods. In accordance with Section 7.2 of our GTC, these terms adapt based on whether you buy as a Consumer or a Commercial Client. 
  • AB Night Vision Housings (RVM-14, RNVG, RPNVG, RNVG-A, MGA): Covered by a Limited Lifetime manufacturer warranty.
  • OP14, BNVD-1431 Mk.II, NVG-ALPHA, APNVG: Covered for 5 Years.
  • Nocturn Industries Housings: Lifetime repair or replacement of all housing components
  • Standard Housings (KB DT-2, EON PVS-14, Noctis PVS-14): Covered for 2 Years for Consumers / 1 Year for Commercial.
  • Lens Assemblies: Covered for 3 Years.
  • Image Intensifier Tubes (New): 2 Years for Consumers / 1 Year for Commercial.
  • Image Intensifier Tubes (Used): 1 Year for Consumers / Excluded for Commercial.
Note: Consignment and clearance items are excluded from this commercial warranty.


Warranty Exclusions

This warranty is void and does not apply to defects, damage, or failures resulting from:
  • Improper Use & Negligence: Misuse, abnormal operating conditions, lack of care, or external impacts (such as incoming fire, physical drops, or user error).
  • Unauthorized Modifications: Any product that has been altered, modified, or repaired by the customer or any party other than us.
  • Battery Damage: Battery compartment corrosion resulting from faulty/leaking batteries, prolonged storage with batteries installed, or the use of unauthorized rechargeable batteries.
  • Wear and Tear: Fair wear and tear consistent with normal use.
  • Discontinuation: Instances where the original manufacturer has discontinued production, making replacement parts unavailable due to reasons beyond our control.
