These upgraded models feature ≤15mK sensitivity (NETD) - compared to the V1's ≤40mK, that's a 166% increase in the ability to detect tiny temperature differences. Improved image processing, combined with a higher resolution screen, greatly enhances the PFalcon's image quality, increasing your ability to spot and identify heat signatures - especially when used as a clip-on with a magnified optic.
A 1440×1080 display with a faster screen refresh rate of 60Hz reduces lag, decreasing the need to lead moving targets to compensate for slower refresh rate.
The new V2 eyepiece has increased the size of the eyebox allowing for greater eye relief when used as a stand alone device.
Recoil-activated video, a focus assist throw lever, improved battery life, USB type C connectors, Bluetooth remote and QD mount, all add up to provide a big upgrade to a device that was already highly capable and great value

According to German law: If the reticle is programmed, no Picatinny/weapon mount may be screwed on. With a valid hunting license and without a programmed reticle, the Picatinny/weapon mount may be attached to the device and the PFalcon PFN 640+ V2 may be used as an attachment on the weapon.
This regulation may differ in other countries and must be observed.
Nach deutschem Recht: Bei programmiertem Absehen darf keine Picatinny- / Waffenmontage angeschraubt werden. Mit gültigem Jagdschein und ohne programmiertem Absehen darf die Picatinny- / Waffenmontage an das Gerät montiert werden und das PFalcon PFN 640+ V2 darf als Vorsatzgerät auf der Waffe genutzt werden.
Im Ausland kann diese Regelung abweichen und ist zu beachten.
